ANDREW BOURNE

If you ask his colleagues to describe his taste in music, the consensus seems to be “guinea pigs in a blender”, though the slightly less graphic version of that, according to Drew, is the more politically correct (and animal friendly) term, “eclectic”.

Hailing from Brisbane, Queensland, Drew graduated with a Bachelor of Creative Industries from the Queensland University of Technology in 2005 and worked as a multimedia teacher and designer before moving to Melbourne, Victoria.

Now employed at WeAll.com for over two years, Drew’s role as a Software Developer sees him writing Flash applications and the programs for the cam wall and chat rooms.

DAN GRAETZER

The proud father of a recently released CD, resident hip-hop fanatic and self-confessed “all round nice guy” Dan has lead a varied life to get to where he is now.

Running the gamut of roles in his work history, he’s been a roofer, CEO and music producer before deciding to settle down in the IT industry.

Starting his own business, Digital Age Corporation, Dan focused on network installations and website building before he was offered a position with C-Direct as a web designer.

Now employed at WeAll.com as a Software Developer, it’s Dan’s job to develop and maintain third party PHP sites, build the new front end of WeAll.com in JSP and Spring and maintain the company’s technical blog.

JESSICA THOMPSON
COMMUNITY SUPPORT / SPECIAL EVENTS

With her unmistakable South Carolina accent, Jess is hard to miss. One of our member-turned-staff stories, Jess gave up her job as a Nursing Assistant in the States and moved to Melbourne, Australia with her daughter in 2000 to join the team and, well, marry the owner!

An integral part of the Community Support team, Jess’s role is varied and includes answering tech issues on the site, planning parties and awarding random upgrades to loyal members - so make sure you stay on her good side.

When she’s not generally making the site a better place to be, Jess is a TV addict and has a long list of favourites which she’ll happy discuss with anyone who cares to listen.

Endearing herself to her colleagues, Jess is a master cook and regularly brings cakes and slices into work, and is a massive NFL and AFL (Aussie Football League) with the Saints and the Blues being her respective chosen sides.

Peter, AKA Mr Fixzit, is a man of many talents.

Starting out as a member of WeAll.com, Peter kicked off his career with the company in a volunteer customer support role, and since then, has added furniture removalist, powerdriller extraordinaire and handyman guru to his list of responsibilities.

When he’s not making the office a nicer place to work, you’ll find Peter helping Betsy in the customer service department, where he’s also in charge of approving competition entries, and managing the banners that are displayed on the site.

TOMMY BRAAS

Despite living most of his life in Scandinavia, Tommy has a strong American accent thanks to living in the States for six years which he says he’s not planning on losing any time soon.

A multi-lingual, multi-faceted Software Engineer, Tommy has arrived at WeAll.com with a host of talents that have been cultivated within roles such as a Network Administrator, an IT teacher, a Drafting Engineer and service technician.

Now working at WeAll.com as a Senior Software Engineer, Tommy’s a Java developer and is currently undertaking a Masters in Computer Science.
