Managment Group
DAVID THOMPSON
OWNER / DIRECTOR
Creativity has always been an integral part of David and his career and after high school, David realized the necessity of having an artistic outlet.
At 17, he launched his own photography business, where he was self-employed as a wedding photographer for two years.
After this time, he moved into the graphics industry and worked for a video company designing 3D graphics for television commercials. He quickly gained extensive training in video production and mastered skills in editing and camera work.
Using these skills as the basis for his next business venture, he created VET - Visual Enhancement Technology - which was commissioned by post-production houses to provide animation, 3D graphics and title graphics.
David spent three years in an Ashram, which proved to be a formative period of his life. Grateful for the experience, David believes this time provided him with a sense of self that has served him well in his business ventures.
In 1996, he was offered a job as a designer with the Department of Premier and Cabinet within the Victorian Government and helped build prominent politicians’ websites, such as then Premier’s Jeff Kennett and his deputy’s, Alan Stockdale.
Although it was his first introduction to the web, David quickly learned about content management systems (CMS) and recognised the potential they held.
EyeMedia, the company David went on to establish in 1998 with a colleague from his government tenure. The business focussed on the commercial development of inter and intranet sites, during which time David also developed an interest in webcams.
Looking for something to keep him technologically interested at the time, David noted the novel concept of personal broadcasting and it became the catalyst for the inception of ANYwebcam.com.
Originally meant to be a directory of webcams, and not a source, the business flourished and grew large enough for David to shift his focus to ANYwebcam.com on a full time basis.
With such a varied work history, David’s happy to call ANYwebcam.com his proudest achievement, and says it’s the staff coupled with the unexpected growth of the business that makes it a great personal success.
Name Network is his latest venture. A company with the vision to invest in premium Domain Names and develop their potential.
A passionate man who has more than a few passions, David’s appreciation for the finer things in life is captured, in part, by an extensive collection of wine, cigars, watches and whiskey.

LIAM LINTON
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Like many of his WeAll.com colleagues, Liam’s had a varied work history.
Hailing from Ireland, his career has centred mainly on the provision of administration support to businesses both large and small and he’s gained extensive experience as an office manager within many industries.
Experienced in all facets of office administration Liam’s been responsible for accounts, payroll and inventory and it’s a job that he’s not planning on giving up any time soon.
Joining EyeMedia in 1999 as an Office Manager, Liam’s also known by other pseudonyms as Office Manager, CFO and Chief Chocolate Chip Cookie Procurer.
Having looked after the nuts and bolts of firstly EyeMedia then ANYwebcam.com, Liam’s role within the company is all encompassing and basically involves running the administration show on his own.
Having been a part of small and large companies, Liam’s instrumental in facilitating the smooth operations of the business and it’s his love for what he does that makes things seem to work so well around here.
Looking forward, Liam would naturally like to see WeAll.com expand to over 10 million members and increase the number of employees within the company. He’d like to see WeAll.com cultivate a niche as “the place to be” and believes the specialised nature of the company could make it a prime market for advertisers in the future.
Liam still has plenty of countries to tick off on his travel list and says he’d most like to travel to the Middle East, Europe, Egypt and Saudi Arabia.
A proud parent, Liam cites his two daughters as his greatest personal achievement and, apart from travelling, would also love to go bungee jumping.

BETSY CHAMBERLAIN
COMMUNITY SUPPORT MANAGER
Betsy is a lady that needs no introduction. Having spent the last seven years with the company, she’s a familiar face to members old and new, and that’s just the way she likes it.
Born a Canadian but now a proud Aussie, Betsy relocated to Melbourne, Victoria in 1999 and now lives with her rabbits and dog in Melbourne’s west.
Before packing away her suit when she joined ANYwebcam.com, Betsy worked extensively within the corporate sector as a secretary until she showed an aptitude in one of her later roles for training people on software and shifted her career focus.
Moving to Changepoint, Betsy furthered her technological skills through her role and performed software installations at an international level. She was responsible for instituting their training program and produced all of the company’s documentation.
After moving to Melbourne, a dinner party proved fortuitous when she spoke to a guest who’d recently met David, then owner of EyeMedia.
A phone call later, Betsy was working with David as a Production Manager, which involved installations, writing documentation and undertaking the company’s training.
Betsy moved across to ANYwebcam.com after several years with EyeMedia and resumed her role as a Production Manager. Now firmly entrenched in WeAll.com operations department, Betsy is the Community Support Manager and oversees the support team and volunteer team that moderate the site.
Despite popular opinion, Betsy’s job doesn’t just involve chatting to members all day. She’s also responsible for writing the company’s documentation and Q&A on new site features and ensuring the site’s operators are kept up-to-date with training and salient issues.
As she’s been with the company since its inception, Betsy’s seen the site grow in membership and professionalism from a hobby site to a four million member community.
She’s looking forward to helping WeAll.com continue to grow and hopes to be a part of its evolution into an even broader community.
