Support the beast

With an existing member base of 4,000,000 and substantial growth planned over the following 24 months, we have worked hard on developing the best customer support possible. With our in house support team and over 30 dedicated volunteers, we provide assistance to our multi-lingual community at all hours of the day. Members of WeAll.com can find someone on hand to help with technical issues or community policing through the presence of WeAll Ops, our support request system or telephone billing support. Our support presence that ensures members of WeAll.com feel safe throughout their experience on the site. The new inclusion of a member to member support system and flagging of inappropriate content for review will further allow for users to become involved in providing guidance to others.

Over the past 7 years it is this aspect of the business that has achieved the most praise from the community and industry and an area of our business that we are very proud of. In the past 3 years (when we started counting) the support team has managed to shed light on over 95,000 support requests with over 83% satisfaction from our member base. Members appreciate the involvement from the support team and enjoy knowing there is always someone on hand when they need assistance.
